Sent XXXX XXXX XXXX and Debt Validation to XXXX and certified mail w/signature was signed and dated for XX/XX/2022, signed by " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Received an email on XX/XX/XXXX from " XXXX XXXX '' advising me of receipt and they will be working on my correspondence within 30 days. On XX/XX/XXXX, sent a reply to XXXX requesting for the reply since it was well over the 30 days. No one replied up until XX/XX/XXXX, from " XXXX XXXX '' requesting I verify information by giving them my XXXX acct number, or social security number, DOB and First and Last Name. Also, I should restate question and concern. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a message stating the XXXX account has been closed and the amount has decreased. Still no update from XXXX. XXXX has destroyed my credit report along with my reputation to gain additional credit since this reporting is derogatory on many levels. I am demanding this account deleted from all CRAs including but not limited to, XXXX XXXX XXXX, etc.
