I believe a credit card closed due to fraud use was used by Midnight Velvet XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, WI XXXX claiming I purchased clothing from them. I never heard of the company until I received a statement claiming I owed XXXX # they gave XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. No date of purchase or items listed sizes etc was given as to proof of purchase? I have attempted to contact them to no avail. This is now lowering my credit score and would like you please to look into it. Thank You PS my first name is mis-spelled
