Hello, on XXXX XXXX I submitted a complaint about the credit reporting agencies concerning XXXX bankruptcies on my report. These are the complaints that I sent, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I never complained about the accuracy of those bankruptcies. My complaint was that they should be removed. The law clearly states that I have the right to privacy per 15 U.S.C 1681. Also the courts do not provide bankruptcy information to the credit reporting agencies. I submitted my documents including the letter from the court stating that they do not provide said information. Those items should be removed given that's the law.
