On XX/XX/2022 I talk to this company about a account that I did not consent to and I wanted the company to delete my information under the California Privacy Act I was denied my rights I also was denied the information I was asking for pertaining to the account number is # XXXX which was created from XXXX cell phone company and they sent it collections a company called Convergent. I talked with a supervisor by the name of XXXX XXXX from Convergent and she told me that they do not have to send me the documents Im asking for which would be billing statements phone usages and a sign agreement and for information to be removed I was denied this from the company.
