XXXX Bad credit report from convergent outsourcing for unpaid sprint bill I paid it up in full on XXXX Confirmation # XXXX of payment for Convergent outsourcing XXXX agent Name : XXXX XXXX She said can't email confirmation so above is the confirmation number. XXXX i called XXXX to remove bad credit report they said convergent outsourcing put in on their responsible to remove it. XXXX spoke to : XXXX XXXX XXXX Supervisor Convergent outsourcing handles sprint accounts Asked her to remove the negative report from my account she declined! i was hit with over XXXX points going down my score! and negatively effecting my credit, essentialy Locking me out of functioning financialy. I had an excellent credit over 770! Now i got hit like crazy showing credit score is now XXXX!!
