XXXX ( I never attended during this time. ) Statement Date from XXXX : XX/XX/XXXX ( attached ) Payment Made by XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX for XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX ( attached ) XXXX provided Debt Company a Falsified Statement with the same charges numerous time. ( See Statement attached ). Amt. stated as owed XXXX. Neither Creditor or Agency can explain the Statement or tell me why this is owed. I'm a Texas Veteran and used my Ch. 33 VA-EDU benefits XXXX Which paid for the Course in FULL ( see VA receipts attached ). XXXX Billing department will not provide me any information. Will not send proof or explain details of Statement. I've been harassed for over 4 years & this account was at one time deleted from my Credit report due to XXXX not being able to verify statement. Please assist & investigate account.
