ADVANCED RESOLUTION SERVICES , INC., a financial institution and credit reporting agency operating in commerce for profit by assuming the role of furnishing and reporting consumer data, has obtained possession of my personal identifying information from the data furnisher ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX ), and is now complicit in the willful act of engaging in UNAUTHORIZED USE of my personal identifying information by reporting and sharing the unauthorized information to various financial institutions absent my expressed written permission, consent, instruction, or authority. This unauthorized use of my personal identifying information constitutes " Identity Theft '' as defined by 12 CFR 1022.3 ( h ) and 17 CFR 248.201 ( b ) ( 9 ), and is in clear violation of 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) having no permissible purpose or authorization. Under the FCRA, Bankruptcies are to be EXCLUDED from a consumer report in accordance with 15 USC 1681c ( a ). ADVANCED RESOLUTION SERVICES , INC, acting as both a credit reporting agency and a financial institution, has a fiduciary obligation and responsibility to comply with the FCRA section 15 USC 1681c-2 ( a ) in the interest of the consumer by deleting the unauthorized information no later than 4 business days after receipt and delivery of the notice.
