As of XX/XX/XXXX my mortgage was sold to BSI Financial while I was on a 6 month forbearance plan due to XXXX. As of XXXX Ive been making on time and in full monthly mortgage payments to BSI Financial from the same checking account. In XXXX of this year, BSI Financial sent me loan modification paperwork stating that the 6 months worth of mortgage payments would be sent to the back of the home loan, and to continue to make my monthly mortgage payments. BSI Financial has been taking my payments as per my mortgage agreement from the same account since XX/XX/XXXX. As of XXXX my account isnt updated and BSI Financial reported those 6 months ( 180 days ) of payments delinquent to the credit bureaus which has negatively effected my credit score. There has been no movement or action taken place by BSI Financial to correct this issue.
