I have contaced Equifax and XXXX regarding my hard and soft inquiries, and they refused to do anything. XXXX stated again, they do not follow US federal law and only their company policy! Which have violated my privacy! The list of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy by obtaining a hard inquiry and soft inquiries : XXXX-Has violated my rights to privacy Equifax-Has violated my rights to privacy XXXX XXXX XXXX Usa- XX/XX/2022 XXXX XX/XX/2022 XXXX XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX U.S. Code 1 681 section 602 A. states I have the right to privacy 15 U.S. Code 1681 section 604 A section 2- States a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written permission or instructions, which they have failed to produce and acknowledge. 15 U.S. Code 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information.
