Since before XX/XX/2022 I have been requesting from Cardinal Financial to begin the process for a family memeber to Assume my mortgage loan. The process starts with a required written letter requesting a packet. It is now XXXX and in XXXX the packet still had not been sent. After calling an email was sent with one question " will the person assuming the loan be residing at the address as a primary residence? '' I again was required to fax or mail the response which is timely. XXXX weeks later and still no response with a packet or a clear timeline of how long this process should take.
