Well i had a issue with my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX account i was forced to open a new bank account with a new bank so my XXXX XXXX XXXX was linked to my grain app i tried several times to input my new banking info but it did not let me also a week or so later the app went totally blank then a few more weeks past i received a email stating my payment was late i received the email on XX/XX/2022 on that same day i made the payment not once prior i received any email stating that i was late nad that it was going to be reported on my credit till that day on XX/XX/XXXX the email stated i had 30 days to make payment of it will be reported to credit bureau so i made the payment that day the full balance late fee included to my surprise a week and a half later they reported the same balance to my credit report i have no way of contacting this company this is affecting me so much i was in the process of a major purchase this drastically harmed my able to do so ive contacted them various times what was wrote on the email i received on XX/XX/2022 should be honored if i have 30 days like stated on email and i make payment that same day why is it being reported i ahve no problem paying the late fee and if i missed the payment that email should of been sent prior so the 30 day grace period is honored not at the end of the month and then when payment is made is still reported
