The Wells Fargo site in XXXX, Minnesota has not sent my court ordered settlement in 30 days as expressed by this dept. in an email that Wells Fargo is providing.which is handled by Wells Fargo in their branch locatons in XXXX, AZ. The check at the latest should have arrived XX/XX/2022. It is XX/XX/2022. I notified ithe XXXX last week in regards to the court ordered award check from Wells was not not received. Please ask why? Please ask why Email : XXXX. is an invalid address? In regards to obtaining clarification from the office in New York at ( XXXX ) XXXX Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX NY XXXX this is her email address and I can not send an email, because the address is invalid XX/XX/2022. Why? Please investigate this activity on behalf of Wells Fargo. I talked to a Wells Fargo XXXX and she made the statement numerous customers were present asking why? Why isnt Wells Fargo following up their customer service? I have been informed that Wells Fargo is now a safe bank This is very poor customer service follow-up and another goverment consumer complaint. I want to close all communication and I can not due to evasion. I have XXXX. Please investigate this company! XXXX XXXX XXXX :
