On XX/XX/22, Midland Credit Management stated the account that they were contacting me about would be marked " cease & desist '' but they are still contacting me & threatening legal action. they have stated the account belongs to someone with the last four of their social being XXXX, which is not the last four of my social security number. mine is XXXX they continue to violate my consumer protected rights with the harassment of an account that has never belong to me. very unprofessional. their process of finding their customers is not reliable obviously. this is my second complaint against them through the CFPB so now, i will move forward to legal action.
