Have been receiving phone calls, followed by letters from ALDOUS & ASSOCIATES , PLLC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, UT XXXX since 2021. It is for a gym that closed during pandemic, but this debt collector is claiming owed funds and sent a contract with forged signatures and initials, unknown bank account and incorrect birthday. Phone number XXXX on letter is not working. Have spoken with them on phone, returned emails with evidence, and sent copy of fraud investigation but still harassing as if nit received/do n't care
