To Whom It May Concern, I am having an issue with Experian credit reporting bureau pertaining to numerous accounts showing in error, without proper documentation as asked for through dispute and now the company refusing to investigate ( in accord with the FCRA and providing concise documentation on how verification criteria is or has been met ). Experian limits the dispute process for consumers and routinely states accounts are accurate and meet compliance without providing to me how exactly that compliance is being met. I have received no documents from my request as outlined in the FCRA and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Accounts for XXXX XXXX which have been disputed for the past 3 months have all been stamped as meeting FCRA requirements, but I have been provided nothing more than their blanket statement without the validation sought. I can not be the only one facing this issue. I am asking this agency to mediate a timely response and documented evidence of their investigation results, including copies of official documentation which proves the account is accurate. Materials which I have yet to receive, and which have been asked for repeatedly. Experian has also gotten into the habit of changing my username and password on XXXX nonconsecutive occasions prompting me to have to use their myriad telephone system to try to reach an agent in order to address this matter. I ask for your assistance as far as can be given to me.
