TransUnion failed to do a proper investigation into a dispute reinvestigation That I previously requested, to date TransUnion has not done any investigation into this matter, however they stated in a previous CFPB complaint that they did ( that was a false statement ). On XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX TransUnion has not sent me a response or update. TransUnion did not do a proper investigation as required by the FCRA. I have attached evidence to this complaint showing TransUnion never investigated nor updated my credit file, I have also attached a court document showing the account on my credit file is invalid. I DEMAND THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY FROM MY CREDIT FILE : XXXX XXXX DOCKET NUMBER : XXXX.
