I am a cosigner on an account with preferred credit I have never been late on any loan when the XXXX and XXXX payments were not paid they never sent anything to my resident or a call for me to resolve the problem but instead reported a missed payment on my great credit score which in return dropped my score XXXX points after learning this I was able to call and the response I was given is they can not take this off my record in return I paid to get the account up to date but I am very upset they didn't notify me to get this resolved before the damage to my credit score I would like this missed payment removed from my record since I was not informed of this and was not given a chance to resolve this problem
