Hello CFPB, I am XXXX XXXX and I am writing this complaint against " PayPal Inc '' since they permanently limited my PayPal account without any further notice. I have my PayPal account registered under : XXXX I remember having a temporary limitation on my PayPal account back then and I was being asked to submit info to have the limitation resolve but when I speak to one of the Support Agents from PayPal, he deliberately said that the document I submitted is invalid, and I was left speechless as I was not able to prove my identity as I was on the other side of the call. Coming today, I was being placed with a Permanent Limitation stating that I can no longer do business with PayPal as there are potential risks involved, and to be honest I dont know what sort of risks are involved. However, Since I am also a human being and mistakes always happens from human being, it was never my intention to do something that is against the policies of PayPal and I can assure them this will never happen again! I am attaching my " Passport '' for better understanding of PayPal and to review the limitation again for me and I will be more than appreciatable to have this limitation uplifted for me as there is amounted balance in my PayPal. Thanks!
