The summer of XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I purchased a brand new XXXX XXXX. The engine has problems within the first two weeks of driving. The first issue the sensor engine was loose. The service worker XXXX was very rude and nasty towards me attempting to pick a fight. At the same time I was in the middle of experiencing homeless and about to lose my job. I was provided with their XXXXXXXX XXXX from enterprise with their 36 month warranty while fixing any problems. My engine blew within the next two weeks completely and I was placed in another rental ( XXXX XXXX ). I then asked for a complete vehicle replacement or refusal to pay the car note. I was not granted with another vehicle. I then learned about Lemon law, looked into the issue, after that the sensor came off again. Right after I called in for the last time which would have been the 3rd attempt to fix the vehicle. I had an appointment XXXX that day and someone repossessed my vehicle with all of my things in it XXXX that morning. Chrysler Capital agreed to lower the payment. 1, I should not have to pay this at all and finally I was discriminated against as a single XXXX woman. The Chysler Capital lowered amount is still unreasonalble. I went back and forth to the dealership trying to get the engine fixed and as I mentioned no payment was made to the brand new ( Lemon vehicle due to complication ). The dealership towed the vehicle after my 3rd call about the engine burning up with smoke. I need this removed.
