I pursued a loan/installment plan from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and many red flags of illicit activity arose. The evidence is overwhelmingly clear that XXXX XXXX is a scam. I have reported them to the CFPB five times ( the previous ones attached here ), and the last time I also forwarded the evidence to the Federal Bureau of Investigation XXXX Federal Reserve, Federal Trade Commission, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and the Securities and Exchange Commission to ensure this matter is thoroughly investigated and accountability takes place. Credit bureaus : DO NOT allow any information or activity associated with XXXX XXXX to be factored into my credit score at all. They are not a legitimate company or service. And please do not respond here with a series of graphs, numbers, etc. that imply their " loan '' is valid. Because it is not. Erase them entirely.
