In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 U.S.C 1681. Account number ending in XXXX 15 U.S.C 1692f unfair practices states that a debt collector may not use unfair or unconscionable means to collect or attempt to collect any debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation. 15 U.S.C 1692c ( a ) communication in connection with debt collection states without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of the court of competent jurisdiction a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer Capital One raised my spending limit without asking me the consumer if that's what I wanted and immediately closed my account after one late payment. I was sent a letter after I tried to make payments but they wouldn't post and my transactions wouldn't go through. How do I owe money to Capital One when it was my money going into the account. Capital one has violated my rights as a consumer.
