In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 U.S.C 1681. Mariner Finance , LLC has XXXX different accounts reporting to the credit bureau with all different information that's hurting my credit report. account numbers- XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX The issues that I am having is that Mariner Finance is listed XXXX XXXX with different information. The amounts posted are not the same XXXX account states a balance of {$6800.00} last activity is different and payment history is wrong. The second account states a {$0.00} balance with Highest balance {$9600.00} stated that the account was closed due to Refinance. The last account states {$0.00} balance with Highest {$9800.00} which states the account was closed because of refinance. Mariner Finance only reported the XXXX accounts to XXXX and XXXX. I have requested that I the consumer be sent verification of this debt and haven't received anything. As a consumer my rights have been violated by this company buy putting fails information on my credit report. 15 USC 1681 Section 602 ( A ) States I have the right to privacy 15 USC 1681 Section 604 ( a ) States a consumer reporting reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. 15 USC 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) states no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information. Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 USC 1681n ( a ) ( 1 ) ( a ) states any person willfully fails to comply with any requirements imposed under this subchapter with respect to any consumer is liable to that consumer in an amount equal to the sum. Also, any actual damages sustained by the consumer as a result of the failure or damages of not than {$100.00} and not more than {$1000.00}. 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) a person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
