I received a statement of account for XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX. I dispute this debt and all claims contract according to 15 USC1692g. Validation of a debt. Also the account has been closed. I rebuttal the XXXX XXXX account because I do not owe this credit card statement and this is a true bill of commerce. Also XXXX XXXX has double dipped for least 3 years. Therefore I am requesting a Rescission under 15 USC 1635b : Return of money or property following rescission. Under the Truth of Lending Act, it is against the law to denial me of my own credit, charge interest on my credit and close my account. Thank You
