Credence has been calling me in regards to my XXXX XXXX XXXX account that is past due. In addition to calling my number about this account ( my voicemail identifies this number as my correct number ) they are also calling my XXXX XXXX XXXX child and my live in boyfriend. They have called their numbers daily- when they should only be calling me about this debt. XXXX XXXX XXXX also should have provided my number as the primary number- knowing that this was my account and this was my number. why they are calling my childs number is extremely frustrating since she is XXXX XXXX XXXX. My boyfriend has no association with my bills and just moved into my home- how they got his number is questionable but the fact they called it when they have a known number for me is harassment. His number has no associated with me AT ALL- if they are skip tracing to find this information that means they are knowingly calling a number thats not me to contact me or showcase to others that I have an outstanding debt. That is disclosing my debts to others and Im not happy at all. Ill handle my debt when Im ready and they shouldnt be harassing every member of my family with daily calls, especially when they have my number.
