Dear CFPB, The Credit Bureaus never did a proper " investigation '' according to the FCRA. The term " investigative consumer report '' means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer 's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning such items of information The Credit Bureaus did not do this My rights have been violated in the following ways In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act Everything reported has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report The Credit Bureaus claim my account was properly investigated but how is that to be true if the open date is inaccurate, amount of high balance is inaccurate, the date of last active is inaccurate, date of missed payment is inaccurate, payment status is inaccurate, and date last reported is not accurate. These violation of my rights are grounds for removal. My rights were further violated because 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions Fair Collections and outsourcing debt verifications are fraudulent. I have requested a proper investigation into this account and none have taken place. XXXX is attempting to collected a debt for XXXX XXXX that I do no owe. Their documents say that I relocated from their property in XXXX XXXX. When in fact I relocated from this Property some 3 months earlier in XX/XX/XXXX. I have provided supporting documentation. The same documents I once provided XXXX but they refused to remove the fraudulent account from my report. I am not responsible for this debt and have made several attempts to remove it. I made my last full rental payment to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. With no remaining balances. and full months rent of my security deposit was never returned to me. The debt verification provided by fair collections and outsourcing is completely false.
