Experian has an automated menu recording that will not let you connect to a live person period. I have called about a half dozen times to different Experian phone numbers & run into the same automated recording. The account information added to my credit file is in error that is not mine. This account belongs to my daughter whom I co-signed for a new vehicle. I do not owe or make any payments on this account at all. I merely co-signed that is all. I have my own vehicle that I make payments on. In the state of Indiana a co-signer is also considered a co-buyer or a co-borrower. I co-signed is the " only '' thing I have to do with this account. This account is listed in my credit file as me being the person who purchased & owes on this vehicle. I am " only '' responsible for making payments on this vehicle if my daughter does not. Therefore this account should not really be in my credit file at all. I have been trying to " add '' a letter to my credit file which unfortunately I been able to do. My daughter 's vehicle was purchased by her on XX/XX/2022. Either Experian needs to quit blocking anyone from talking to a live person or I want them to completely delete my credit file from their company records completely. I filed a complaint with XXXX over two weeks ago & they have not responded at all.
