Basically I asked the credit report bureau ( Experian ) to do verification on my credit report, they did and they stated that everything Is accurate. I did another research by myself, and I found improper and inaccuracy on my credit report. Here is the information on inaccurate account that shows only on my Experian report and not even the other two bureau ( XXXX and XXXX ) report that. Even it does not show the full account number in the report, and it just shows as account # XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card XXXX In accordance with the fair credit reporting act XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX account # XXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. states I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 640 A. it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. i am requesting to delete the account please.
