Got an alert that XXXX XXXX XXXX opened an account. I did not authorize. My old account should be reporting XXXX. Misuse of credit card, continued reporting on XXXX account. Keeps reporting old info for purposes of extortionate means. Credit bureaus are reporting inaccurate information. Account XXXX lawfully on XX/XX/XXXX. By payment in full. Keeps reporting billing errors under 12 CFR 1026.13. Collected payments for 3 years on a account that had a finance charge. I asked company to cease and desist for the first time in XX/XX/XXXX. Company is blatantly trying to extort funds by negatively reporting on my report. I have seemed remedy with the company several times. Company did not default account per new cfpb investigation and I feel that I am party to that complaint. Company stole vehicle and sold vehicle, after collecting the full finance charge, did not disclose the details of the contract. Failed in fiduciary duty to protect the beneficiary. Used beneficiary signature to receive credit, and then collected federal reserve notes, under a alleged car loan. Can not lend money under 42 USC 408. Is purporting that I owe them on a " loan ''
