On XX/XX/22 my card was stolen and 20 % of my balance was drained immediately as soon as I parked ( was driving when it happened ) I went into their app and did the appropriate action to flag the transactions in their system as well as calling them the following day to check the status it's now been 2 weeks after the event and I still have no resolution to the problem
