Hello I have applied my Amex XXXX personal Credit card with American Express on XX/XX/2022. And the Agreement says XXXX $ threshold limit for getting XXXX points. I have reached the threshold amount and paid back on XXXX, XX/XX/2022 itself. But i haven't received any welcome Bonus points yet. When i call American Express customer care they are giving different time frame to provide this XXXX points. But now i have waited for all the time frames and not yet received the points. when i ask them they are not answering properly when i'll get my points. I have attached my payments details from the first statements. Thanks XXXX
