Please delete and remove the XXXX XXXX account from my credit report listing as a hard inquiry. I have had no contact with this company and I have not applied for credit on their stated XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX. It is well past Maryland statute of limitations 3 or 7 years! I am still being harassed by this company when there was a charge off as of XX/XX/XXXX. I have successfully had this information removed from XXXX report and my XXXX report.
