This company has called me many times before XXXX XXXX. I recently called them on XXXX and they were rubbing in my face that I owe XXXX $ and saying at least I dont owe any debt, making me feel bad about myself and my financial situation. I was calling to make a settlement on this even though they have attempted to collect debt illegally many times. Im really sick of this company. They have sent so many letters to my old house even though I have told them to STOP. When I called them they also had a a voice changer on and it sounded like a COMPLETE robot and they refused to transfer me to someone so I could actually understand them. I have this on recording.
