On XXXXXXXX XXXX the owner of a salon charged me {$1100.00} for a Service I did not receive until XX/XX/XXXX. The service was a hair replacement and the salon absolutely butchered it and then refused to refund my money after Id been back three separate times for them to fix it. I disputed it with my bank because the merchant refused and it was disputed under quality of merchandise or services bc it was the worst hair Ive ever seen, yet my bank continues to deny said dispute stating that the transaction is valid, yes Im aware it was valid but nobody is saying it was fraudulent. The bank should not offer a dispute option of quality of services or merchandise if we can not dispute based upon that.
