I have two collections reported on my credit history. Both in the amount of {$670.00} and from XXXX. I have twice contacted ic systems about verifying the accounts. The first time, in XXXX I received a letter stating that they could not verify the accounts and would stop reporting them. They did not stop reporting them. I sent another verification request in XX/XX/XXXX, I received a response stating that they can not respond because they need further information to include a reference number from previous correspondence ( I have never received any correspondence except from the above stated instance and that letter had no reference number. ) they also asked the name of the creditor, and any phone number they have used to contact me. They have never called me, and I dont have the name of the creditor. So they are reporting to my credit after stating they couldnt verify my debt, they dont know who the creditor is to this unverified debt, and are asking for a reference number I have never received for a debt they can not verify.
