Experian is violating multiple consumer rights, FCRA laws, and XXXXetro 2 reporting compliance guidelines. Experian is reporting incomplete, inconsistent, and inaccurate information on my credit report. I have called multiple times and Experian reps say they can see the FCRA Compliance Date/Date of First Delinquency on the XXXX XXXX XXXX account. I told them that I can not see that date and I have a right to see all info and requested my consumer file disclosure. They told me the report they mailed will show the XXXX. I got my report # XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX from Experian and it does not have that DOFD date!! I called again today on XX/XX/XXXX to attempt to get that date and 3 reps hang up on me. Experian reps give me multiple dates for my DOFD via phone : XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX. This leads me to believe Experian is reporting an incorrect DOFD. The calls are recorded and this fact is easily verifiable. I have filed multiple disputes via mail to Experian on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, as well as disputes via phone for this particular XXXX XXXX XXXX account ( XXXX ) and Experian updates it saying they have investigated it. Experian has not done the due investigations for this account. I requested the Method of Verification ( MOV ) via mail and I have never received anything back from Experian regarding the MOV. The XXXX XXXX XXXX account is closed yet 2 Experian reps told me that they can see the account open.
