I bought a prepaid card with a balance of {$500.00} back in XX/XX/2022. Since then I have been having trouble using this card. I called customer service on and around the third week of XXXX, XXXX and I was told a replacement will be sent. Finally, I got a replacement card on XXXX XXXX. When I am trying to activate the newly replaced card, It is telling me the card information is incorrect. I trying calling the customer service number which is going nowhere after almost two separate 45 minutes hold.
