I recently filed a complaint with the CFPB informing them that the credit reporting agencies are reporting inaccurate information. Within that complaint I mentioned that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX were reporting a couple of late payments for the months that I paid on time. I should not have any late payments with either company. I requested for the companies to be contacted and made aware of these errors so that they can correct and update the payment history. Somehow, in the midst of doing so, these accounts were deleted form my credit reports. I specifically typed in my complaint " please do not delete these accounts ''. By these accounts being deleted, my credit score dropped, and the length of my credit history has shortened. I have be unable to obtain new credit. Reading is fundamental, and due to the someone's mistake, I would like for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX begin furnishing information onto my credit report again, as long as they fix the errors. Here are the corrections that need to be made. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have written this creditor and have not received a response. XXXX of XXXX *Shows 30 days late, but I paid on time. XXXX of XXXX * Shows 30 days late, but I paid on time. This creditor is also reporting two months of unknown payment history for months that I paid on time ; XXXX of XXXX *Shows unknown, but I paid on time. XXXX of XXXX *Shows unknown, but I paid on time. Please have the creditor correct the payment history of as soon as possible. Lastly, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX reporting a late payment for XX/XX/XXXX. I made this payment! The payment status for this account reflects " Paid, was past due 30 days '', please change this to " Paid Satisfactorily '' Thank you so much for your help with this, and please make sure I receive a copy of my consumer report upon completion.
