I spoke to Equifax today in regards to the validation of an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I have the call recorded with the agent, He said the dispute is closed and verified as mine. I requested in my dispute the documents that XXXXXXXX XXXX provide verifying the account, and he said to me that he ( Equifax ) can not send me that documentation from the lender i.e the document that I asked for in my dispute to verify and or validate the debt that they are reporting on my file. which is in violation of the FDCPA, By Equifax not providing this documentation this account should be removed immediately from my file because it has been more than 30 days since filing this second dispute. Also they are not allowing me automated access to my credit file.
