I lost my job during the pandemic in addition to my husband leaving and eventually a divorce. I had a true financial hardship, this all started pre-pandemic in XXXX. As the pandemic hit and courts being closed and bank representatives not available as during pre-covid times. I was continued to be told the same thing by the bank representatives, that I need not worry and that at the moment the foreclosure would not be an issue and that once things normalized I would be given the opportunity to have the matter resolved. At some point I believe in XXXX the foreclosure was filed. I have tried endlessly to come to a resolution with the bank XXXX to no avail. Now I heading toward my final court hearing/conference on XX/XX/XXXX and despite my multiple requests for resolution, everything from a modification to a proper breakdown to understand how we got to these figures. I was even granted a XXXX state XXXX to bring my loan current and since there is still a shortage of approx. XXXX, they aren't willing to work with me. I really need help in saving my home. I have been in this home for about XXXX now or somewhere abouts. I am back to work and can afford my mortgage, I see no reason for the bank to not want to come to an agreement with me. Please help!!
