I was intentionally deceived into opening a credit card account without my authorization or consent. I was asked if I wanted to join the rewards program and upon realizing sensitive personal information was being asked, I double checked to verify " rewards '' vs credit card which was never used throughout this process, and the associate said credit card. The process was not finished I denied authorization as I was falsely lead, she turned the screen and had finished the process for me as there were a few green buttons left that I personally did not click as I wanted the process to be stopped, but she went ahead and pushed the process forward and claimed it was already too late and nothing could be done. This store is intentionally misguiding consumers, and are taking advantage of a deceptive system. Insane the lack of customer service or respect to their " valued customers. '' Tried asking for the store XXXX on the phone, I was told I would get a call back, never did. Great resolution.
