Consumer Narrative

Our Capital One account was in the process of closing starting early XXXX, on XX/XX/24 an ACH was deposited into this account which should have gone to our other bank. Capital One is still holding the funds balance ( {$38000.00} ) while they investigate. I have called repeatedly and was not provided any timeframe for the release of these funds. These funds need to be released asap, this is a lot of money they are keeping.
