Experian has been reporting a auto loan balance of {$10000.00} and showing it as active account. I filed bankruptcy and it was XXXX XX/XX/XXXX which charged off that balance. XXXX XXXX XXXX are reporting {$0.00} balance but not Experian. I made the 1st dispute XX/XX/XXXX and they took the balance to {$10000.00} but did not charge off the entire balance or do i think they even researched. The 2nd dispute was filed XX/XX/XXXX and they declined and reported a missed payment for XX/XX/XXXX and this dropped my credit score over 40 points. I don't have money for lawyers so I need help with solving this inaccurate report. This is affecting my life financially.
