I recently filed a complaint with the CFPB informing them that the credit reporting agencies are reporting inaccurate information. Within that complaint I mentioned that WESTLAKE FINANCIAL SERVI XXXX was reporting a couple of late payments for the months that I paid on time. I should not have any late payments with this company. I requested that they be contacted and made aware of these errors so that they can correct and update the payment history. Somehow, in the midst of doing so, this account was deleted form my credit report. I specifically typed in my complaint " please do not delete this account ''. By this accounts being deleted, my credit score dropped, and the length of my credit history has shortened. I have be unable to obtain new credit. Reading is fundamental, and due to the someone's mistake, I would like for WESTLAKE FINANCIAL SERVI XXXX to begin furnishing information onto my credit report again, as long as they fix the errors. Here are the corrections that need to be made. WESTLAKE FINANCIAL SERVI XXXX. I have written this creditor and have not received a response. XXXX of XXXX *Shows 30 days late, but I paid on time. XXXX of XXXX * Shows 30 days late, but I paid on time. This creditor is also reporting two months of unknown payment history for months that I paid on time ; XXXX of XXXX *Shows unknown, but I paid on time.
