DON'T SAY DUPLICATE!!!! If so, then WHERE IS THE OTHER COMPLAINT?!??? You need to contact ZIP PAY!!! They still owe me money, and have done a lot of wrong things. I have emails and receipts how much was always promised to me, and they broke it. I have ATTACHED the emails. You can see they were just stalling and wasting time to not fix it. Same questions, from 5 different people, starting the process over and over again. Zip Co has been continuing to charge me for payments made to things I already returned a long time ago. I have tried to resolve this issue since this past Spring, to no avail. Zip keeps giving me the runaround, and keeps my refund money. I would like my money back.
