Firstly the whole reporting needs to be updated as information is not accurate throughout the month. If Ive made payment, it should be immediately reported to credit bureaus so as record can stay consistent. XXXX XXXX HAS BEEN CLOSED, the information should show {$0.00} balance as those charges were residual interest which Im not responsible for- if reporting were done at time of payments my record would show this. XXXX XXXX is on Suspension- will be contacting to request removal of interest or will close account. I believe correct reporting same day would be improvement and to the advantage of clients. I suggest a mid month and an end month reporting cycle -would be more accurate information
