I have applied for a home equity loan with XXXXXXXX XXXX They indicate they were unable to access a credit score from Equifax because they found my account to be frozen. The website states it is not frozen, however the creditor can not obtain a score. I too can not access my own score in the online account. I receive an error message. The error message requires me to call them which I have done numerous times. Equifax required me to fax them proof of identity which I have done 2 weeks ago. They have neither acknowledged receipt nor updated my online account. For 3 years I have been stuck in an infinite loop with Equifax and no resolution.
