I recently wrote to Experian via certified mail, disputing information that I did not recognize and or find to be accurate on my credit report. The letters I wrote to them were left with an agent of the company per USPS tracking. I have included proof of this. Afterwards, I did not receive any indication from Experian that the disputed information was under investigation, nor did I receive any investigation results. I gave them plenty of time to get back to me. I feel it is unfair that they did not respond to my request for dispute. That alone is grounds for removal! However, I do not believe a proper investigation took place for the following items : XXXX XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have spent time comparing my Experian report, to my XXXX and XXXX reports, and there are MANY discrepancies. Why is there so much inconsistent data for these items? Isn't it Experian 's duty to ensure that my credit report is 100 % accurate and truthful? All this means to me is that Experian has been allowing these companies to furnish incorrect information this entire time, which deserves the deletion of the disputed items. Furthermore, I am concerned that my right to privacy is being violated. I have no idea how these companies obtained my personal, nonpublic information, such as my social security number to be able to furnish the information that they are reporting. Due to the inconsistent information, and my inability to recognize these companies, I reached out to them requesting information. I requested for them to send me any original contracts that they may have on file baring my unique signature. Because I did not consent to opting into reporting, I also requested any disclosure forms that these companies may have on file baring my unique signature, -which by federal law, are to be " clear and conspicuous ''. I had this right taken from me because no one gave me a choice. To this day, I have never witnessed any physical documentation baring my unique signature from any of the companies above. I just want to make sure everyone is following the law and that you, the CFPB, the supervising body of the Credit Reporting Agencies, are helping to ensure that my right to privacy is being respected, as well my right to fairness and accuracy. I am requesting that the accounts be deleted due to these matters included. I do not consent to E-Oscar.
