I have been banking with Truist for a few years now. I notice that we have incurred alot of inaccurate and excessive overdraft fees. When I spoke with a representative about it, my transactions always were out of order of occurrence and small amounts of money disappeared from my account that cant be accounted for. I have also closed my cards and somehow transactions are still coming through my debit card and I spoke with a representative several times and no one has been able to help me.
