I had an account with Westlake Financial Services, a Company base out in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have made several dispute on false credit report on my account and some deleted or resolved and I was pleased with the out come. I noticed that my credit score which was XXXX has dropped suddenly from to XXXX upon checking my report on XXXX, I noticed that Westlake Financial Services has falsely reported that I made late payments in XXXX and XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX meanwhile this loan was paid off on XX/XX/XXXX with a check. When I disputed report, the company resolved the issues by correcting the deleting the on fair report. Even though the damaged was already done but I was satisfied. A week later, this same company again reported that I did not pay my XX/XX/2022 installment payment and my account was passed due for 72 days. This was again false information. For the particular dispute about late payment in XXXX XXXX XXXX, I disputed it 4 times through XXXX and spoke with Westlake Financial Services more than XXXX times and some of them assuring me that it will be corrected. I have explained to this company that, the report was hurting my plans to get a home for my family. The same month in XXXX, I paid toward my loan on XX/XX/2022 which is evidence in the statements you will find attached. I have made successful payments for more than 2 years without 30 days pass due. Yes, I was not paying on time but I made sure the payments were not 30 days pass due. I have the data and the record to support my claim. I called this company several times on XX/XX/2022 missing my classes for more than five hours to obtain information on how to file a complaint about the company and spoke with two managers and 6 regular employees and none was able to give me the information I needed. They hung up the phone pretending to transfer the calls.
