Toyota reported I made my XX/XX/2022 lease payment late, when I did not. The problem began when I paid my lease payment of {$300.00} on XXXX XXXX and partial payment was applied to my property tax due in the amount of {$91.00} and the rest was processed towards my payment in the amount of {$200.00}. Toyotas system applied my payment incorrectly and I have had this issue many times in the past with them. Because this payment was not processed correctly it effected all my upcoming payments made. Toyota needs to fix the way their system processes payments. I have had to call Toyota almost every month to fix this. This XXXX payment I did not follow up on and since I didn't call Toyota never fixed it. I shouldn't have to call each month to have my payment made correctly. I called Toyota to discuss their system issue and was told to process a dispute via my credit agency and they were unable to fix this on their end because it was a mobile payment that was made? I was also told in the past by Toyota that your payment should be processed before amounts are applied to your property tax, but this is not what is happening at all. Toyota refuses to fix this problem on my report when I was not in error but they were. I should not be penalized by this on my credit report when this is an issue within their system. If Toyota would take the time to look at my payment history they can see I make a {$300.00} every month on time. I processed a couple disputes with my credit agencies and all of them Toyota is saying there is not issue, when there is.
